Frequently asked questions

Yes! ElevateTogether is free to download and use for athletes. Service providers (trainers, photographers, videographers) pay a 15% platform fee only when they complete a booking.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you book a session, your payment is held until the service is completed. Service providers receive their payment (minus the 15% platform fee) after successful completion.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ElevateTogether. Users under 18 may need parental consent depending on their location.

We use Firebase for secure authentication and data storage. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
