¶ Case study · ElevateTogether

Idea to 5★
App Store launch.

ElevateTogether is a social network for athletes: find trainers, photographers, and videographers, book sessions, and build your network. We designed it, built it, shipped it, and operate it — live on the App Store today.

On the App Store

§ The story

From concept to
production.

01

The problem

Athletes trying to level up had no single place to find the people who get them there — trainers, photographers, videographers. Discovery happened through DMs and word of mouth. Booking was texts and hope.

02

The build

We designed and built the full product: profiles and portfolios for providers, discovery for athletes, in-app session booking, and a social layer to showcase work. Privacy-first from day one — no data resold, no third-party trackers.

03

The ship

Through App Store review and into users’ hands, live and free to download. Then past launch: real feedback loops, provider onboarding, and iteration — because shipping is the start, not the finish line.

§ What this means for your project

Lessons we bring
to every build.

Scope is a weapon

The first version did a few things well — profiles, discovery, booking — instead of everything badly. That’s why it shipped.

App Store review is a skill

We design for review requirements from the first commit: privacy labels, age gating (13+), content moderation. Rejection cycles cost founders months. We don’t eat them.

Privacy sells

No trackers and no data resale isn’t just ethics — it’s a feature users notice and a compliance surface that stays small.

Operating it makes us better builders

We run ElevateTogether ourselves. Every client project benefits from what a live product teaches us about crashes, feedback, and retention.
