This Privacy Policy explains how LTF Technologies, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Ties (the “App”).

Information We Collect

Account & Contact Info (if you provide it): name, email (e.g., when you contact support).
Usage & Diagnostics: app interactions, device type, OS version, crash logs, and performance data.
Location (optional): your approximate location (e.g., city) if you grant permission. We use your device’s location temporarily to determine nearby places; we do not store precise GPS coordinates.
Purchases: subscription status and Apple purchase receipts via StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment details.
Photos/Media (optional): only images you select or allow. Any on-device processing (e.g., face detection to power features like “Sweet Post”) occurs locally; we do not upload your photo library to our servers.
Notifications (optional): if you enable notifications, we store your notification preferences and schedule reminders on your device. We don’t collect notification content.
Analytics (limited): privacy-friendly, aggregate counts (e.g., feature usage, conversions). No third-party ads tracking.

How We Use Information

Provide and improve App features (date planning, place suggestions, reminders, photo features).
Process subscriptions and unlock premium features.
Maintain security; detect, prevent, and address errors or abuse.
Communicate important updates (e.g., feature or policy changes).

Third-Party Services

Apple (StoreKit & iCloud): processes purchases and may store receipts on your device.
Maps/Places providers (e.g., Google Places, Apple Maps): when you search or view nearby places, your city/region and query may be sent to these providers to return results and photos. Your use of these features is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Crash/Diagnostics (Apple or similar): to help us fix issues.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not sell or rent your personal data.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. On-device caches (e.g., thumbnails or derived photo data) remain on your device and can be cleared by deleting the app or using any in-app “clear data” options we provide.

Your Choices

Permissions: disable location or photos access anytime in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions: manage or cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Access/Deletion: email support@ltftechnologies.com to request access or deletion of data we control (we’ll verify reasonable requests).
Photos: revoke photo access or delete any content you created in the App.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. On-device caches and diagnostic files may be encrypted at rest on your device.

International Users

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

Region-Specific Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/EEA, California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact support@ltftechnologies.com to exercise these rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We’ll update the “Effective date” and post changes. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
