These Terms govern your use of Ties (the "App") provided by LTF Technologies, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Do not misuse the App (for example, by attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with operation). Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA for apps distributed via the App Store.

2. Accounts & Content

You're responsible for any content you create or upload in the App and for maintaining your device's security. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display content you submit solely to operate the App's features.

3. Subscriptions & Billing (Auto-Renewable)

• Plans: Plus Monthly and Plus Annual may be offered.
• Payment: charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage/Cancel: in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
• Pricing Changes: if prices change, Apple may notify you and you can cancel before renewal.
• Trials: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. In-App Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription. Features may change over time. Trials and promotions may be offered periodically and are subject to change.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, Apple in-app purchases, Google Places, mapping and photo providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll update the "Effective date" and post changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
